Games are undivided parts of our services. We frequently deliver them during our tours. Here we provide some of our standard games:
Blind Tasting
The activity is a perfect team building exercise because it requires direct communication within the team, which will have to add up their sensorial memories in order to spot out a particular type of wine. The group will be divided into four or five teams and each member of the winning team will receive a prize. Keeping the focus on wine itself, the goal of this group event is to promote a task where the senses are more relevant than logic. A wine expert will provide a presentation of the wines to be tasted, and then explain the “rules of the game.”
Red or White?
The activity is for warming up to make a kind of introduction of the wine teambuilding event. Because of its simplicity – it is recommended to start such event with this activity. Red and white wines will be poured in the glasses for each participant to be tasted separately. Then the audience will be divided in 4 or 5 teams accordingly. Each of them will have to taste wine individually with covered eyes and try to guess if the tasted whine is red or white. The group that has most of right guesses wins the prize.
The Secret of Wine
This is an action packed type of activity where participants (divided into teams) follow several clues that will lead them to find the true “secret of wine.” These clues will be physically looked for, or participants may receive these clues by accomplishing certain tasks (e.g., vine pruning, quizzes, tastings, etc.). We lead this activity with two instructors who give a theatrical focus to the event.
Aromas Workshop
Wines are enjoyed as their aromas are enjoyed. Guests have to identify different aromas and tastes to find the secret of its very essence. But before each of them makes attempt they have to learn about the various raw products that give these aromas: cinnamon, berries, pepper, oak or other.
Theatre in The Vineyard
Theatre at the vineyard: small plays that do not require complicated staging. In the spring participants can take part in spring works – pruning, training as a perfect teambuilding activity – good as icebreaker. Autumn – harvesting of grapes. Groups can compete in amounts of grapes and time.
